Oh, right, I didn't think about the new kernel support.  Yeah, that's a
good reason.  Uploaded.

This seems like an edge case, but after thinking about it for a while, I
also can't see any way in which it hurts anything.  Also uploaded.  I'll
upload i386 builds after they clear NEW.

I'll request the 96xx packages be autobuilt once we have an upstream
release that works and if we get a reply to the other request.  It sounds
like 71xx is likely to become arch: all transition packages, so I won't
bother with that one, at least for right now.
