n-g-d 275.09.07-2 for experimental

Hi Russ,

preliminary overhaul of diversions and alternatives is done. Fresh
installation works, upgrade path is not working properly, yet.
Please upload 275.09.07-2 (branches/275.xx) to experimental anyway,
there are two new packages (xserver-xorg-video-nvidia and
nvidia-alternative) so this needs to go through NEW. Hopefully I have
figured out the necessary Breaks at the time -2 enters experimental and
we can replace it with 275.09.07-3 and glx-alternatives 0.0.1
