First let's check if this is another locale issue: run

    LC_ALL=C dpkg --configure --pending

If this succeeds, you are done.

There is no extra output for glx-diversions?
OK, let's turn on debugging.

Edit /var/lib/dpkg/info/glx-diversions.postinst and change line 2 from
'set -e' to 'set -e -x'. Thereafter run
    dpkg --configure glx-diversions
and send the complete output to this *new* bug.
