show debconf warning if nouveau module is loaded

Hi,

I'm just adding a test to nvidia-support that displays a debconf
warning if the nouveau kernel module is loaded. This usually requires a
reboot to unload and activate the blacklist.

Below is the new template, I'd appreciate if some native English
speaker could check it before it's sent out for translation.

Template: nvidia-support/warn-nouveau-module-loaded
Type: note
_Description: Conflicting nouveau kernel module loaded
 The free 'nouveau' kernel module is currently loaded and conflicts with the
 non-free 'nvidia' kernel module.
 .
 The easiest way to 'fix' this is to reboot the machine once the
 installation has finished.
