please test nvidia-settings 302.17 with -legacy-173xx driver

Hi Russ,

could you test if nvidia-settings is still working the legacy-driver?
There were two bug reports today because nvidia-settings migrated to
testing (and nvidia-g-d not yet, but hopefully does this in the next
dinstall run) and nvidia-settings did no longer work with the 295.xx driver.
