please test nvidia-settings 302.17 with -legacy-173xx driver

Most of nvidia-settings works, but the "X Server Display Configuration"
section says that the driver is too old.

nvidia-xconfig mostly seems to work, but when given the -a flag for
configuring all GPUs, it produces the following error:

WARNING: error retrieving symbol nvCfgGetPciDevices from libnvidia-cfg.so.1:
         /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libnvidia-cfg.so.1: undefined symbol:
         nvCfgGetPciDevices
