Finally a (beta?) release 96.43.23 appeared on Nvidia's ftp server that
claims to have support for up to Xorg Xserver 1.12.

I just packaged this and uploaded it to experimental - please give it a
try together with wheezy's xserver-xorg-core and report back here, s.t.
we may consider reverting the empty transitional packages that are
currently in wheezy.
