None that are in Debian. We used patched packges locally, but I don't
know if you want to add breaks for them. Our local versioning is
173xx_173.14.35-2+lernstick1 (nvidia-settings-legacy) and
313.18-2+lernstick2 (nvidia-settings).

The info text for this lintian warning is indeed confusing. I just
submitted a bug report about that. You should indeed add a "Keywords"
entry to the .desktop file. Keywords are not displayed but search when
using the serach box in the Gnome shell or similar. While you are at it
I also suggest to remove the "System" category from the "Categories"
entry in the .desktop file. The description for "System" says: "System
application, "System Tools" such as say a log viewer or network
monitor" [1]. I don't think nvidia-settings fits this description and having
it in several of the only quite full submenus is a bit annoying.
