khronos-opencl-man package

Hello,

I noticed that there's a pending upload for the Khronos OpenCL man pages.
First of all, allow me to say how happy I am about seeing them finally
packaged.

I would also like to take the opportunity to mention that there is a risk
for potential conflicts between some of the page names for the OpenCL C
built-in functions and their counterparts from the C std or math libraries
(e.g., cbrt.3.gz). May I suggest changing the suffix of the OpenCL C
built-ins to something differe, like .3clc in a similar way to how Perl
modules use the .3pm suffix? This would guarantee the lack of conflicts,
and it would also help better identify the host API documentation (that
will have the standard .3 suffix) from the OpenCL C documentation.
