Building with pbuilder is not a problem in general. But building binNMUs
(i.e. packages with a +b1 version suffix) requires a patch for pbuilder.
And that patch required a patch as well :-)

Both builds were uploaded and are listed as "Installed" on the buildd
page ... I tested the upgrade paths, but not pycuda functionality itself.

So lets see if this is sufficient to get the 5.5 libraries removed
automatically and the migration to proceed ...
