While 304xx has cuda support, the legacy devices we need it for don't,
so it was an easy decision at that time.

I'm currently preparing to move most stuff that could cause conflicts
out of /usr/lib and use nvidia-alternative, so we can decide later what
we will support, but we won't run into ugly file conflicts and
dependencies declarations with stable, backports and jessie+1
