I did a test build and install of r4937.

I see the new symlink and nvprof works fine.
(only tested on amd64 and didn't test nvvp)

$ ls -l /usr/lib/nvidia-cuda-toolkit/bin/
total 11508
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 6461592 Apr  1 17:08 cicc
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root    4096 Sep 29 22:24 crt
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root      40 Sep 29 21:51 libcuinj64.so.6.0 ->
../../x86_64-linux-gnu/libcuinj64.so.6.0
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root  173120 Apr  1 17:08 nvcc
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root      17 Sep 29 21:51 nvcc.profile -> /etc/nvcc.profile
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root  292376 Apr  1 17:08 nvopencc
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 4843448 Apr  1 17:08 nvprof

I found a problem though, nvidia-cuda-dev now contains libOpenCL.so,
probably because nvidia-cuda-dev.install contains usr/lib/*.so which
is too general.
