Regarding the symbols patch: s/7.5.18/7.5/g
The two version parts are sufficient for the new release, only if there
is a patchlevel increment later, e.g. 7.5.42, we will use the exact
version number for the accompanying symbols changes (if any).

For which additional architectures is 7.5 available? (Mainly thinking
about armhf, arm64, ppc64el.) And in which form?
