375.20 long term release and libEGL glvnd implementation

Looks good.

The only thing I noticed when testing the upgrade from 340.96 to 375.20
is that libgl1-nvidia-glx-i386 was still installed, and
nvidia-driver-libs-i386 was not.

By installing manually nvidia-driver-libs-i386 it went fine, but I
suppose we want it to happen automatically on dist-upgrade?
