375.20 long term release and libEGL glvnd implementation

attached is a piuparts upgrade log of nvidia-driver:amd64 from jessie to
stretch with --install-recommends and with foreign architecture i386
enabled - that looks like what we would want, unless I overlooked
something. So I would say it's working correctly currently.
