I wanted to ask about the status of the packaging of cuda toolkit 7.5. Do I
understand correctly that the patch set in message #89 [1] is the latest status
and that that packaging should already rudimentary work on amd64?

The background is, that our group is trying to replicate results by a research
group from Warsaw and unfortunately they rely on CUDA 7.5. Since we need to
replicate their findings until March, I'd be nice if there already existed
sufficiently working patches to install 7.5 as a .deb instead of potentially
messing up my system with the nvidia installer.

Thanks a lot for your work!

cheers, josch
