I've committed to branches/304, but rather than adding the full
instructions, which will most likely get out of date, I've added a link
to:
https://wiki.debian.org/NvidiaGraphicsDrivers#Building_newer_releases_f
rom_SVN
Building from SVN requires internet access anyway so it should not be a
problem.
