If you don't mind, I'd "claim" pycuda and pyopencl for the NVIDIA and
OpenCL Maintainers teams, move the repositories from alioth/collab-maint
to salsa/{nvida,opencl}-team, set the respective team as Maintainer and
move you to Uploaders.
