I already moved them to Salsa (haven't updated Vcs-* fields yet,
though):
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/python-pycuda
https://salsa.debian.org/debian/python-pyopencl

I have a bit strange feelings regarding move of packages to team
maintenance, but I'm not strongly opposed to it. I guess it's more
nostalgia than something else.
I still have few ideas regarding PyCUDA and PyOpenCL, like adding
Multi-Arch to both, ppc64el architecture to PyCUDA,
DH_BUILD_DDEPS (but it does not work correctly for Python yet).

But I guess I'll still be able to do it (without much rush),
so let's move packages to appropriate teams.

I'm not using gbp or any similar workflows - do you plan to add
this to packages?

And what about pytools? It's dependency of pycuda, pyopencl,
but also snakemake and pyfr. I can remain maintainer of pytools.

Best regards.
