Thanks for the heads up.  In Ubuntu, we added versioned Provides of
libcuda1 and libnvidia-ml1 in March 2019 [1].
There's probably no harm in providing libnvidia-ml.so.1 and libcuda.so.1 too.
I'll need to look at what you did in the symbols file.  I don't think
there were any changes done there in Ubuntu.
