Hi Andreas,

the EULA says in 1.1.1. 3. that only those files may be distributed that 
are "identified as distributable". Those files a mentioned in appendix A.
Your binary packages contain lots of header files whereas appendix A 
mentions only three. So I would say your package contains non-distributable 
stuff. Do I miss anything here?
