updating 340xx-legacy in buster and stretch

Hi Luca,

I intend to update the 304xx legacy driver in stretch and buster to
304.108 to get all available fixes and the End-of-Life NEWS entry there.
And then we can slowly stop updating that series, which will be kicked
out of bullseye once Xorg bumps ABI again.

Do you have any objections?
Do you have the opportunity to test them on real hardware in stretch
and/or buster?
