Ship nvidia GBM support as part of nvidia-graphics-drivers package

I've decided not to package the library shipped with the driver but to 
build it from source ;-)

I have no clue how it is to be used though, and where in the nvidia 
driver packaging some Depends/Recommends: libnvidia-egl-gbm1 should be 
added. My first guess would be libegl-nvidia0 or nvidia-egl-icd.
