Bug#1063034: nvidia-kernel-dkms: should depend on kernel headers

This module did not build on my machine.  I tracked down the cause to
the absence of the relevant linux-headers package, which is required
to build the module.  This package should depend on
linux-headers-generic to ensure that the appropriate
linux-headers-<arch> package is installed.
