You can't actually split the amd GPU from the amd CPU, it's the same
platform. so it would go all together before mesa. We should also
consider the position for the Intel (proprietary) that supports CPU
and the Xeon Phi (which I don't know the type of: GPU or
ACCELERATOR?). Should we go with

NV, AMD, MESA, Intel (<- beignet), INTEL (<-proprietary), POCL

if the Phis are registered as ACCELERATORS, but

NV, INTEL, AMD, MESA, Intel, POCL

if they are registered as GPUs?

Yes, that makes sense. (BTW is there any intention to package the Inte
proprietary SDK in non-free?)
