Thanks. Fixed a bit more and uploaded.

Sounds all reasonable, but I didn't dig into the details.

What's the status of https://bugs.debian.org/769403?

If you are going to forward your patches upstream, can you add mine
(remove-unsafe-define-D__-USER-__.patch), too? Not sure about the llvm
ordering patch though ...
Also upstream should fix their build system to clean up properly (what
we currently do via debian/clean) and not ship any of these generated files.
