[Pkg-opencl-devel] migrating the pkg-opencl-devel list to lists.debian.org

It's just been announced that there are no plans for a replacement for
Alioth's mailing lists when Alioth retires [1].

I think we should migrate this list to lists.debian.org,
e.g. debian-opencl@
Does someone volunteer to handle this transition?
