[Pkg-opencl-devel] Bug#960450: ocl-icd: add support for OpenCL 3.0

This pull request :*
https://github.com/Oblomov/clinfo/pull/55*

was merged a few days ago, to allow clinfo to correctly report the version.
Maybe clinfo has not been updated to reflect those changes.
