Yes, clinfo ist still "old". But the message seemed to imply a bug in
the loader, not clinfo.

The real bug in clinfo is unfixed: it should report a notice if it
encounters standards versions it does not yet know about
(icdl.detected_version, max_plat_version) and cap version checks at the
version it knows. Otherwise this bug will reappear with the next
standard version bump.
