We got a response on the Brazilian translation already, so part of me says
go ahead and commit that and upload what we have in Subversion and we can
always upload again with more translations later if need be.

On the other hand, I certainly don't want to make more work for the
translators or anything, if it would be better to give a deadline in the
future and wait until they've had a chance to respond to it.
