In fact that sounds like something it would have been nice to have some time
ago, to let us ditch db4.2 from lenny, since slapd is one of only 5 packages
using it. :/

I'm pretty sure we can get 2.4.11 in for lenny, but a substantial BDB change
isn't really a option at this stage of the freeze.
