slapd 2.5 does not remove load of back_hdb on upgrade from bullseye

I tried to upgrade to slapd 2.5.13+dfsg-2~bpo11+1 on my Bullseye LDAP
directory. After the upgrade, slapd 2.5 fails to load, apparently
because there is still a
olcModuleLoad: {0}back_hdb
in slapd.d/cn=config, while this module has been removed in OpenLDAP
2.5.

I guess this problem will also exist when upgrading from Bullseye to
Bookworm, leaving slapd broken. Maybe on upgrade to slapd 2.5 the load
of back_hdb should be removed or at least this should be documented
somewhere.
