The patch in question was reported to cause problems in nginx, but
then nobody using nginx has reported an issue.

I'm not sure what you mean with "current 1.0.1k-1" and "previous
1.0.1k-1". Either it's 1.0.1k-1 or it's not.
I also have no idea what it's showing, other than I see:

And the other seems to be showing "VO atlas extension
information".
Is this some certificate? Would it be possible to send that?
What kind of certificate is it? RSA? DSA?
