[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Bug#932108: nextcloud-desktop-cmd: Missing nextcloud-desktop-common leads to error "Cannot load system exclude list[...]"

Hi,

I think it's sufficient to add 'nextcloud-desktop-common' in the
nextcloud-desktop-cmd dependencies
