[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] ownCloud client packages are pretty outdated

Hey Fabian,
I started working on a new version. So far I get errors @ building the
package.
I have attached the build file (it's plaintext), see if you can spare me
some debug time, otherwise I'll resume this weekend I think.
