[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] ownCloud client packages are pretty outdated

Everything is on https://salsa.debian.org/owncloud-team/owncloud-client
Patches are in the debian/patches directory, you can either use quilt or
git-buildpackage to have them applied and browse the patched sourcecode,
if you are on a Debian-like system.
The error is unclear to me.
