Hi!

Because Thomas and I were already extensively using IRC to discuss
packaging stuff, we have decided to open and register the
#debian-owncloud IRC channel on OFTC.  You are all (users and
developers) welcome to join us there.

I have also set up a CIA-bot that notifies on the IRC channel if there
are commits to the pkg-owncloud Git repository.
