[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Mod_Rewrite on Debian testing

Hello,

I've just created a VirtualBox image with only the standard task and upgraded it to testing (from 
stable). Then I installed the apache2 package and checked /etc/apache2/mods-enabled and mod_rewrite 
(rewrite.load -> ../mods-available/rewrite.load) was NOT present.

I'll work on a preseed.cfg for testing so I can also test it when testing is freshly installed 
(without the upgrade from stable).
