[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] owncloud to unstable

Hi!

As you might have noticed, I have uploaded owncloud 4.0.0debian-3 to
Debian unstable.  In the next 10 days we should decide whether we want
ownCloud to be a part of the next stable release, i.e. whether it should
be allowed to transition to Wheezy.  Whether we allow this should also
be discussed with ownCloud upstream, probably via the newly setup
packaging list [1].
