Upstream will sooooon release 4.0.1, which will contain many bug fixes .
In order to have a solid basis for your maintanance through out the life time of wheezy, I suggest to package 4.0.1 for wheezy.

PS: we will most probably need another patch, because oc 4.0.1 checks now if /apps is writable  - which is a no-go for us.
