[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] PEAR issue (static function)

Hi,

After loads of (debian) mirror issues today, I finally got a new vm ready and
installed owncloud-mysql on it.
I found an issue and therefor I wanted to check apache's error.log, which was
already rather large in size.
When paging through it, I saw an issue which we've had before and I thought was
fixed, namely:
"PHP Strict Standards: Non-static method PEAR::isError() should not be called
statically, ..."

Browsing through git's history, I found the commit
6f9b8918b2ef41806e8e51a51c755554c1528b8f by Thomas with filename
04_fix_pear_mdb2_mismatch.diff, but when browsing the current HEAD and looking in
debian/patches, I didn't find named patch.

I don't know if it's sth we should patch or that it needs to be patched
elsewhere, so I'll leave it up to you ;)

Cheers,
  Diederik
