Well, if your browser is set up in Japanese (eg HTTP Accept-Language is
ja fist), then the interface should be in Japanese straightaway from the
login page, eg you should not have to select manually the language. All
other languages for owncloud I tested, such as polish and german, behave
this way but Japanese.
