[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] Bug#747130: owncloud 'Depends' on php-irods-prods while it is noted 'Recommends'

After the installation of owncloud on Debian Wheezy, it was configured
correctly, but was never able to start.

lighttpd error logs show:

error:  require_once(): Failed opening required 'ProdsConfig.inc.php'

in /usr/share/owncloud/apps/files_external/lib/irods.php on line 15

The installation of php-irods-prods fixed the problem.
