[Pkg-owncloud-maintainers] backport

Hi Mike,

a new version of owncloud-client(occ) has arrived in testing. It would be nice 
to see it also in backports. We switched in meanwhile to compile occ with qt5 
instead of qt4. Unfortunatelly qt5 is not available for backports. And ocsync 
isn't used anymore (it was merged into occ).
