thanks for your bug report. This is a request for upstream development and 
maintenance, as such I would strongly recommend to send it upstream directly. 
As package maintainers we are not very good acting as human proxies nor am we 
familiar with dutch.

You can submit the request in the upstream bug tracker (https://github.com/
owncloud/client/) or fix the translation directly in transifex (https://
www.transifex.com/projects/p/owncloud/)

If you decide to submit a new bug in the upstream bug tracker, please, tag
this bug as forwarded with the corresponding bug url
(http://pkg-kde.alioth.debian.org/btslink.html). That way we would get a
notification if the status changes in the upstream bug tracker.

If you have problems submitting a new bug, or something is unclear - Feel free 
to ask.

Anyhow it would be good if you give any status update.
