Well, I can't wait to see nqp+rakudo in the archive and test them to make
sure everything works well :) What are the plans for parrot 3.9.0?

It may be worth uploading all of them to experimental, maybe? So that we can
also test the parrot-runtime package thing (if it gets included of course),
and hopefully avoid nasty surprises when parrot stable (and rakudo stable)
will be out.
