Uh... I did not quite realise that parrot was getting rid of its nqp
implementation anytime soon. Parrot 3.8.0 still builds parrot-nqp which is 
used to build nqp, but I'm probably missing something, am I?

Well, I am kind of confused right now, so yes, I think it is best to simply
wait a bit on this.
