Hmmm... so those mostly look like NQP dependencies. Which means, you may
not need them from the Parrot package at all once NQP moves to a
separate source package.

It's true Rakudo isn't the only language on Parrot, but it has some
unique dependencies that just happen to currently be distributed in the
Parrot tarball, and probably shouldn't be. (Anything with "P6" in the
name is a red flag.)

Do you mind waiting on shifting around the parrot packages until the
dust settles from the NQP ITP?
