[Pkg-parrot-devel] Uploading Parrot 4.3.0, any objections?

As someone who is lurking here without time to help, I would say yes to
4.3.  The only way I'll get time to use parrot/rakudo is if there are
working versions in debian.  At this point in time, the latest appears
preferable to "the most stable".
