I tried this with 1.2 not 1.2~rc2. You need to build FPC, then install
it, then build 1.2 then install it.
It could be that rc2 is buggy, but what do we wait for before uploading
new FPC and Lazarus? Maybe the issue that fp-utils breaks multiple
package installation? I don't feel this could be fixed easily because we
need to make some choices. I'll initiate a separate thread for this.
